Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as we does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to our company via non registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our Outlet online product range.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe specified please contact us, We will reply you and solve them as the earliest.

1. Your order is large in quantity, so we will take more time to prepare your products.If the order is too large two deliver in one hour.

2.Special days: Orders will be delayed shipped out as some special days, holidays and other special days. As our clients will be off, we need extra days to process guide the order.

3.Climate or other grunner: Usually the total delivery is 7-10 days, while as the climate or other grunner, the delivery kan need more days.

Exchange

-We Will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days from the date of original shipment order. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund * (per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

-You Must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.

-We Do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, since they are not responsible for lost shipments. Shipping costs are not refundable.

-We process all orders as quickly as possible within 3-6 hours after orders, so they are not always able to cancel an order after the placement. Hope you can understand in this key point. FAULTY ITEMS

Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, We will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

We are unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Our company will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.

INCORRECT COLOUR

We will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
